This User Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“user” or “you”) and the operator of the Cind application (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It governs your access, registration, and use of the Cind mobile application and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Cind is a makeup‑sharing and beauty‑community platform that allows you to capture, upload, and share photos and videos of your makeup looks, browse beauty content, interact with other users, and discover makeup inspiration.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Cind does NOT collect, process, store, or retain any facial data, biometric data, facial feature data, or face recognition information at any time. We only store the photos/videos you voluntarily upload, for the sole purpose of displaying your makeup looks on the platform.
Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using Cind. By creating an account, logging in, or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use Cind. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be used by underage users without consent.
You may register using an email address, phone number, or supported third‑party login.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account to others without our prior written approval.
We may suspend or ban accounts that are compromised, used fraudulently, or violate this Agreement.
Cind provides makeup capture, upload, storage, display, social interaction, and beauty‑content discovery.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service at our discretion, for operational, technical, or legal reasons.
We will endeavor to notify users of material changes via in‑app announcements or notifications.
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights in all photos, videos, captions, comments, and other content you upload or post (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for your User Content, including compliance with laws and third‑party rights.
This license ends when you delete the relevant content or delete your account, except as required for legal compliance or safety retention.
You may not upload or share content that:

Your use of Cind is governed by the Cind Privacy Policy. We emphasize again:
NO facial data, biometric data, or face recognition data is collected, processed, or stored.
Device permissions (camera, storage, notifications) are requested only for core functions and may be disabled at any time in your device settings.
All intellectual property in Cind, including software, design, logos, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:
Upon termination, you lose access to your account and content. We may delete your data as required by law or our retention policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or suitable for your purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App with the revised effective date. Your continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts.
